In the corporate world, job hopping is a normal phenomenon and employee exit interviews have been used and abused with equal expertise. Interestingly, the two main arguments against the use of this instrument are opposite to each other – the first, who is leaving will not want to burn the bridges and we will not say anything against anyone. So the feedback is all hunky-dory and no truth comes out in such a discussion. And second, leaving those who believe that the grass is greener on the other side of the fence. As such can not in a position to do something to appreciate in the current organization. Now what’s the point of listening to all the nonsense, the outgoing worker has to offer?
